DOG FRIENDLY RULE

- Please be sure to keep your guests on a leash when not in the trailer house or yard area. Please be careful not to forget to lock the front door and sliding doors. The facility is not responsible for any escapes or other problems on the premises. Please do not walk your dog in restricted areas. Please do not leave your dog alone in our facility.
- Please watch out for trouble and accidents. We are not responsible for any problems between guests, between guests and their dogs, or between dogs. Please understand this beforehand.
- Please wipe your dog's hands and feet clean inside the entrance. Please do not brush or trim your dog in the trailer house or on the deck. If your dog has marked or defecated on anything other than the toilet seat, please wipe it up. Please do not contaminate or damage trailer house equipment.
- Only dogs that have been vaccinated against rabies within the past year are allowed to stay. We may ask you to confirm that your dog has been vaccinated against rabies.
- If there are any pee stains on the bedding, sofa, etc. in the trailer house, you will be charged a cleaning fee at actual cost. Please note that after check-out, we will send an online payment instruction to your registered e-mail address.

Amenities for dogs
Dog-friendly amenities are available in the Storage Room on site.
If you wish to use them during your stay, please feel free to bring them to your room. There is no charge for use.
When you check out, please return them to the Storage Room for other guests to use.

ROADIE building does not have a private dog run for exclusive use.
Please use the public dog run near the entrance of YADOKARI VILLAGE Kita-Karuizawa.
